Implementation of Multiple Intelligences in Bayt Al-Hikmah Pasuruan First Middle School

The purpose of this study was to examine and find out how the implementation concept multiple intelligences learning at SMP Bayt Al-Hikmah Pasuruan, which is a pesantren-based school. type research used qualitative with descriptive approach. Data collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, document review. data that has been analyzed using analysis techniques. results are: (1) education based on relevant be applied in Islamic education, both micro, macro. Islam fitrah terms developing human potential, one methods. (2) consists three important stages, namely: Student input; amount received according class capacity available rooms, then Multiple Intelligences Research (MIR) held. Teacher main requirement they are willing continue committed, written tests, practice (micro-teaching), interviews carried out. Learning process; teacher prepares lesson plan MIR SOP, implements strategy brain works, evaluates/assesses student competencies, accompanied by consultant "Guardian Angel. output. competencies include cognitive, psychomotor, effective, assessed authentic assessments. outputs; competence 4 components (student outcomes, plans, creativity, behavior). (3) process Diniyyah program Boarding School although it still traditional, developed talents interests students students, even though not implemented thoroughly less structured. (4) policy independent led humanizes humans. Students no longer seen as individuals whose development for several years only measured series standardized tests do measure up higher level thinking. All children have right go school regardless such aspects living standards because all equal, namely who will directed teachers able develop optimally towards maturity.
